  1. Nature of the Service

    This platform provides a friend-to-friend talk programme designed for informal conversations, peer support, and shared perspectives.

    We do not provide counselling, therapy, psychological treatment, medical advice, or any form of professional mental health services. All conversations are non-professional and are intended strictly as friendly, peer-based discussions.

  2. Not a Counselling or Crisis Service

    This service is not a substitute for professional help, including but not limited to:

    • Licensed counselling or therapy
    • Medical or psychological treatment
    • Psychiatric care
    • Emergency or crisis intervention services

    If you are dealing with serious, ongoing, or urgent personal, emotional, or mental health concerns, you are strongly advised to seek assistance from a qualified and licensed professional or appropriate emergency services.

  3. No Guarantee of Results

    We do not guarantee that:

    • Your concerns will be fully resolved
    • You will receive specific solutions, answers, or outcomes
    • The experience will meet all expectations

    Our members are young individuals offering support through conversation, empathy, and shared experiences, not professional expertise.

  4. Personal Responsibility & Validation of Advice

    Any opinions, advice, or suggestions shared during conversations:

    • Reflect personal viewpoints only
    • Should be independently evaluated and verified by you
    • May or may not be suitable for your specific situation

    You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to determine whether any advice or information shared is appropriate for you.

  5. Payment & Programme Fees

    All programmes offered on this platform are paid.

    Fees are required to:

    • Ensure the smooth running of the platform
    • Support operational costs
    • Compensate members who are willing to offer their time and support

    Payment does not imply the purchase of counselling, therapy, or professional services.

  6. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law:

    • We are not responsible for any actions, decisions, or outcomes resulting from participation
    • We are not liable for emotional, personal, financial, or other consequences arising from conversations

    Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion and risk.

  7. No Professional Relationship

    Participation in this programme does not create:

    • A counsellor-client relationship
    • A therapist-client relationship
    • A doctor-patient relationship
    • Any formal or professional duty of care

    All interactions remain informal and peer-based.

  8. Appropriate Use of the Platform

    Users agree:

    • Not to use the service as a replacement for professional help
    • Not to rely on the platform during emergencies
    • To engage respectfully and responsibly

    We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the platform if these terms are violated.
