2. Charla Sessions
Charla sessions are peer support or counselling conversations. They are not a substitute for clinical mental health treatment or emergency services.
3. Privacy
We do not share your data with third parties. Your name and email are stored securely in our database and used only to send you Bloomly content.
4. Payments
Payments made via M-Pesa or Stripe are non-refundable once a session is confirmed.
5. Crisis Support
Bloomly is not an emergency service. If you are in crisis, call Kenya's national counseling line at 1190 or visit One2One Kenya.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
